Workout Mission Statement

To provide the readers with advice, support and assistance pertaining to their personalized diet and fitness regimens. While experimenting with different dieting methods, lifting programs, and types of supplements, it became obvious that individuals need individualized programs. Whether you've never touched a weight in your life and have minimal time to workout and eat right, or compete regularly in bodybuilding or powerlifting and consider fitness a 24-7 job, I'd like to:

  • Dispense my nutritional and exercise related advice to help improve your current fitness level
  • Learn others' diet and fitness related successes and failures to disseminate their knowledge and even apply to my own routine

Hi J, I added this as a comment to the post that you commented on, but I wanted to drop you a comment on your blog as well.

First bit of advice would be to either tell me that your site is called workout review or work the keywords into a sentence. Dropping random keywords after a real comment doesn't look that good. If you drop a comment on someone's blog you could let them know that you have a blog called Workout Review. You might want to try and get involved in contests too. Try my XShot contest, read this post and go to the link to win the contest and enter one. You will be guaranteed link backs to your blog and some increased traffic to your blog. Get out and network with other bloggers, try blog catalog, mybloglog and bumpzee and get listed on FuelMyBlog as well.

Also I see that you have a passion for your subject matter, keep that up and you will build an audience. Looks like you have good content so that is a great start.

It looks like you have good ideas for a good blog. It's an interesting subject and I haven't seen many around about Workout.
You should buy your own domain. If you like blogger as much as I do you can always host it free on blogger and keep the same layout.
